Our story

How it all started

Our journey began with Agis Agisilaou, a young photography student in Germany, who found an unexpected passion while working part-time in a local bakery. Though photography captured fleeting moments, it was the timeless craft of sourdough that truly stole his heart. Decades later, that spark lives on in every loaf we bake. With just flour, water, salt, and 48 hours of patient fermentation, our Brot is a tribute to Agis’s journey—rooted in tradition, crafted with love, and touched by a bit of magic.
